    IC mister DIY?

I have been looking through the various B5 S4 forums (AW, AZ, Audiforums, VWvortex) and could not find any DIY for SMIC. I am considering getting a windshield washer pump from a junkyard, a set of nozzles (I have no idea where), and tap into the washer fluid tank to make a set of IC misters. I think the washer fluid has some alcohol in it to help the convective heat transfer. Does anyone know of a DIY or any other information? Will it even help? Thanks in advanced.
