FACTS
1.) I was slow on shipping (I think I sent out ITEM about a week after payment)
2.) Item was packed well-He even admits that.
3.) After opening package he says"they are broken" and both are to driver side
4.) Of course he could be lying but seeing as how I am a stand up person. I tell him I will refund you 100% (ONCE I RECEIVE ITEM BACK)
5.) I do offer refunds and I do not believe in ripping people off EVER.That's one of the benefits of being in Network Securirty is I have that mentality to protect people and company assets.

6.) We stay in contact VIA PM-he tells me once you give me money I will send out ITEM. Now,call me stupid I don't think that's how it works. I think BUYER ships out ITEM then provides tracking, upon arrival of unit-->SELLER REFUNDS.
7.)The guy gets really bent outta shape and wants me to send him money immediately without even having the product in my hands (for a proper refund)
8.) I give him Work-Cell-Home phone--I am super busy M-F and I check my voice mail but once a week. I never answer phone numbers I do not know. After seeing the same number called twice I checked voicemail.
9.) after receiving Voicemail is was him- Leaving a not so nice message... in a lump sum he said. "I am a multi-millionaire, I would have given you 300 for fogs,I guess you ain't a stand up guy you haven't called me back,I will send out you fogs...but ask around who I am. BECAUSE I WILL COME SEE UP!
So after receiving a threatening VOICEMAIL--why would I call that person back. I called paypal 4-9-2008 to see about the proper way to refund. They said
A.) He files complaint
B.) I escalate it
c.) He provides shipping info
d.) once I receive ITEM i REFUND

"I understand your frustration, but contacting PAYPAL is the way to go about this. That way all the records are kept 100% and accurate.I work M-F and I usally do not take calls during that time. I check my voice mail once a week..and after the one I received today. To be frank,I honestly don't want to talk to you after that voicemail. Threatening someone over the phone isn't the smartest thing to do. Whether or not you are a MULTI-MILLIONAIRE is irrelevant, you could be President George Bush or Donald Trump. I honestly do not care. What i care about is getting my product back and refunding you.

I told him to take those PROPER STEPS. That way all the info would be in tact and records would be 100% accurate. He responds in his PM.

I have the voicemail saved and I am temped to post it. Threats are not something I take very lightly. ALL PMS ARE SAVED AS WELL!
