Would you believe the final tally was $3200 in damages off this? hahahaha initial estimate was $2400. Supplement was around $800. My Deductible was $500. I REALLY REALLY REALLY REALLY REALLY ********REALLY******** wanted to work something out where I could get the whole car reshot (this is my "restore" project of some sort) but with the nature of other sh*t going on my life right now i just couldn't manage all that right now. I would have had to buy the parts separate, get the body work done, lobby for a supplement, etc. I was going to take it to a custom painter here in san diego who was willing to let me help with the prep/paint work. It would have been an awesome experience since I know almost nothing about paint/body work but like i said, too many other headache's going on right now and I just needed the UrS to get fixed and running again.

The Collision center I went to did an OK job. I might take it back to get a few minor details worked out. as you can see the hood doesn't quite line up. I know how to fix that.... i just feel like being a dick and nagging about something hahahaha. Overall, i'm happy, but would have been happier if i could have afforded time and energy to get the whole car shot. I'd say the Scar went from being a "25 footer" to a "10 footer"... as in it now looks decent from 10 feet instead of 25 =)

I did get a brand spankin new grill on it and lemme tell you nothing beats shinny new chrome surround and fresh black slats around shiny Audi rings. Bling! I'm also glad i got the bumper re-shot as you can see how JANKY it was before =)

Anyways, a few before after pics.

    Before

    AFTER

    Thanks, Brian

The car looks great!! That pearl sure is expensive to replace!!! Yikes!! I like the rims on your car. I was debating to get a set of those for my S4.

I also find it hard to believe that that B6 Sport rims look good on the UrS4 but if you look at the lines of the spokes they match up with the lines of the UrS.

Not only that but they can be found for DIRT CHEAP WITH TIRES!

Yah i think most of the cost incurred w/ the repair had to do w/ the 3stage pearl labor...

    LOL.
