So I put on my Forigita's with my new Bridgestone Potenza RE-01R's and then it snows... Driving back from Denver this morning I hit a icy spot on a bridge, slid into the median, and blew three tires and one strut... BALLS.

I usually don't drive the rowdy audi during the winter that much since I have a POS suv but so i usually toss on the summers earlier than most

Gotcha! Sucks then, your lucky it was not worse. An ex of mine messed up her SVT because of the same spring snow issue.

That sucks...I got a flat a couple weeks ago and had to replace one of my snow tires. The guy at Discount Tire recommended that I switch to All-season/summer tires. I told him that I'm waiting until mid-May.

just finally sent two of our summer wheels out to be refinished, hopefully they will go on First week of May when car get's back from Avalon.

totaled my B6 into a barrier on 6 four weeks ago due to some ice, worst feeling ever, now I have a TT225

as an aside, when I dropped off our wheels at Spec to be refinished, the guy was commenting that they had several sets of Audi wheels in there being refinished, something like 25 wheels. When I picked them up today, there were 3 sets finished, plus an A8L on the lift waiting for some tires for refinished wheels, plus he had 3 more sets that were recently dropped off.
