Best DV/BOV

I currently have mine upgraded to the TT diverter valve. I honestly want more sound, what is a good BOV/DV or Hybrid that works good with our cars, and will work with a BAT setup?

Depends what sound you are looking for... The sound of BOV or of the Splitter.
Some people say you can put Forge 007 (DV) in a reverse, and it would be as loud as any BOV... I did that, but got no sound :))) Maybe cause i'm stick stock enginewise. Now i'm running Forge 004 (BOV) and like it.

GFB Stealth FX and Turbosmart Kompact are 2 of the good hybrids, i'm sure you can find sound clips if you search too.

I've had a blitz dd in the past and that was my fav, but I don't think there is an application for our cars.

The Tial flange must be welded on a hard IC pipe, make sure you have a FMIC for that BAT first

The reason it is recommended to use a diverter valve is because it recirculates the air that the maf has already registered and puts it back into the system. A blow off valve will release it to the atmosphere, so the ECU thinks that air is going back into the system, but it's not. The engine and programming are meant to work with a DV.

If you want sound, remove your airbox and put on a cone filter. Your DV will then become audible and almost as loud as a BOV. IMO, having an audible DV or BOV on stock turbo car is pretty dumb.... Why sound like you have balls under the hood when you can get walked by almost every car on the road?

it's not any dumber than having a great sounding exhaust. I don't think having a bov is to show you have "balls" under the hood. It just sounds great, imo.

haha And i dont think any of our cars really have balls under the hood for except a few, and still even the ones with big balls couldnt beat alot of cars in the same price range. So whats the point in even modding an audi for speed?
