Where are you located?

Located in Hawaii but willing to ship anywhere. I can get shipping rates down reasonably where it won't cost more than $50 a rim WITH tire, even o nthe east coast. On the west coast, figure about $40 each with tire. Without tire, will further lower the cost of shipping.

BTW - the rims have titanium fasteners - it's why the C20/Competition series are lighter than the other HREs.

No spacers required, and does NOT need the rolling of the fenders. I have one fender rolled from previous Volks and Jline wheels, but have a new fender on my passenger side that is not rolled and I have no rubbing issues.
