How the hell do I remove my rear headrests? I was attempting a headrest swap and can't get them off. I figured you would just press the button and they pull right out but they dont. Help please.

    Re: Removing rear headrest

here's the deal, there's a button on the actual headreat that takes it up only a bit, and then theres a button next to the chrome posts, push each one max them out and then the next one!

Make sure to fold down the seat, I don't think it will clear if you don't.

You can't really see with that angle, the tints and the glare...but you can tell the front's are flush against the seat...not metal showing...the rears stick up like the fronts did. I find at night it also blocks headlights in the rear view. So essentially you don't get headlights from the car in the left lane if you are in the right and vice versa. lol

Yeah, I'm going to try finding another set of rear headrests. Not sure how much they cost though.

    Re: Removing rear headrest

yeah...I didn't figure out that you have to push the button on the actual headrest to get the last part out till like a month ago...and then finally one day after a long night of clubbing it was just bugging the crap out of me and my friend finally figured it out...felt pretty retarded that my friend who drives a civic si knew how to take the head rests out of my car better than myself. The headrest swap does look better though imo
