    car hesitation woes continue..

so i was getting a too high a resistance code and couldnt figure it out. it ended up being the pink plastic piece inside the maf plug. it was broke and i wasn't getting a good connection so changed that out. cleared the codes and that codes gone but now im just getting random misfires and multiple cylinder misfires. car still stumbles when hammered on. changed the plugs, nothing changed. as of last night when i got out of my car i noticed my fuel pump just screaming. doesnt make the sound all the time but it's really loud when it does. so does it seem my pumps crapping out and thats why the car stumbles up top because the pump cant deliver? also i noticed you can roll the throttle on but you cannot stomp on it. what pump is the pump of choice for replacement? i did some searching and found guys using the bosch 044 but it seems to need modifying to work?? a new stock one should be fine for a stg3 car shouldn't it? thanx

Can't go wrong with the 044. I would also replace the filter as is suggested above though.

have you ever gotten any EGT sensor fault codes?

that was the problem on my B5 S4, once I changed them, all was well again...
