window off track

i drive an 04, and my passenger window decides to make the most horrible grating noise while rolling up one day, and then decides do come off the track, I managed to get it back up, but i'd greatly appreciate anyone with a bentley manual could tell me how to crack my door open...i'm baffled

It was your window regulator that went out. You will need a new regulator and they go for about $150 from the dealer.

thank you, i'm glad to know that as i was very confused about it not just falling, anyways, if it's in the door, would you happen to know how to open the pass. side door?
