heres how much dealership has them

    Rusnak $14
    Audi Downtown LA $6
    Penske Audi $5

... unfortunately i have to go with rusnak cause their just 5 mins away. so frustrating!

Damn, how hard were you cranking on it?!

A good, solid hand tightening is all those need.

And BTW, so that the car is drivable in the meantime, go to Home Depot and get a grade-8 bolt and nut of similar size of the bolt you broke and use that until the correct one comes in.

well i got it hand tight and wanted to get it snug so i tried to give it 1/4 turn and snap! my wrench does have a pretty long handle though... so that much be about 50-80lb torque?

i was thinking of that... but now that you mention it.. maybe i should just do a "fixed" camber and find a bolt/nut/washer to my desired camber.. any thoughts on this?

This is what I was avoiding with my car. Snapping the bolt. Anyway that is the part # for the bolt that is used to adjust the rear camber correct? My left rear is frozen.

yeah, but according to another dealer its 8E0 501 387 <- this is more common. its really not a big deal. the bolt is easy to take out. what is bothering me more is the availability of the part.
