Will I have any issues running either of these wheel/tire setups on a 2006 A4 S-Line?

Can't help with staggered fitments, sorry. 245/35-19 is only size we recommend all the way around.

275 is way too much tire in the back. its an A4. I would go with option #2 that way you can rotate your tires still. maybe go with 245 all around if that is what you are looking for.

Same as Doc said... the largest we recommend all around is a 245/35/19. With a +38 on a 9.5 with 275's a bit much and they will definately rub without modifications.
