Need Help!

just bought my A8 last week. After drive for a few days i realized that something felt weird. On 1st gear, the car will feel like it has no power, then suddenly jolt forward with alot of power. at first i thought it was just a second stall before power actually kicked in for it to go. Also felt it on 2 and sometimes 3rd. Just today i tried to speed up alittle to make a turn, samething as before, a little jolt but then suddenly no power in 1st gear at all. On my counsel where PRND432 is, those are lit in a red box, and my check engine light is on. So my question as a new audi owner is has this happened to anyone and can anyone help me?!

PS just did my rear brakes, need new gas cap. dont know if that would help anyone figure out whats going on.

Ran a VAG today also and got these codes

17117- Gear ratio montioring: incorrect gear ratio
17125- torque converter stuck Circ performance or stuck off
17087- brake switch (F) electrical malfunction

planning on doing a tranny flush. If anyone can give me any suggestions or if have come across this problem and found a easy and cheap fix let me know.

wow, possible transmission, 03> the module is built in to the tranny.....[O_O]
