    6 speed gearbox noise

    i recently swapped in a 6 spped tranny into my frontrack A4 1.8t and it now makes a whining noise, any chance someone can identify it for me

    If you listen nearer the end the GF put the camera nearer the tunnel to possibly help. I am pretty sure its not driveshaft or wheel bearing related, and the box is full of clean full syth oil

    PS has anyone actually stripped a box and sucessfully replaced a bearing/bush? Do i need specail tools?
