hes got teh GIAC chip with the boost controller so he makes it spike at 21 or 20 but it will never be more than 350 or so to the fw, to the wheels hes probably seeing 290-300

stage 2+ S4s can see 350 to 375 crank HP with 375 being very optimistic but I would not say impossible. If I were him I would fill more comfortable saying 350 instead of wishful thinking. Stock power is 250, chip add 60, down pipe and exhaust add 40, good intake 10 thats approx. 360 ish? This is what I can get from the sites that sells these after market mods, and with dynos reading high and some low its really hard to get real numbers.

Well if he is 290-300whp then you just proved his point seeing that puts his chp at 371-384 using a 22% driveline loss. The 350chp would put him at 273whp.

Well seeing as he's got a stg 2+, 375chp is totally reasonable. A good while ago I had my dyno'd at 292WHP. It really depends on what percentage you use to calculate crank HP.
