B7/S4 Rear Brake Upgrades?

I just bought a BBK for my car and have been searching for an upgrade for the rear, and am having very little luck. There is no way that I'm gonna pay $2500 for the rear Brembo kit either. Other than pads & lines, has anyone found a slotted rotor upgrade for the rear, 300mm? thx

is 300mm the stock rear brake rotor size?? i forget but if it is, look into spp's slotted/drilled/dimpled brake rotors...

Sounds interesting. Any reference that I can check to see the set-up (all the parts needed to do the install, ie springs,clips whatever), costs etc. Do you have this set-up? Thx

s-fore, I have been searching myself for a decent rear upgrade...Stasis offers 300mm 2-piece rotors which would use our stock calipers for $800. Otherwise you can try to source the B7S4 rear set-up which would require the calipers, rotors and carriers. That's really about it besides the rear BBK from Brembo.

/\/\, I have a B7S4. I am looking for something a little better than the stock rotor, slotted. Its funny how zimmerman, stoptech, power stop and brembo(sport set-up) all offer nothing for this car. BTW, stasis is "2 weeks" out on the release of their kit, as is stoptech stage 2 and zimmerman. Damn, no one believes in this car.

Would you by chance know a part/kit number for the rear rotors? I called Stratmosphere, GMP(where I got the front BBK) & others and they said that a rear rotor is not available from stoptech. What seemed to be most common is the offer to drill or slot a set of OEM rear rotors which I may very well do and just paint the centers black to match the brembo fronts.

Just a little info for anyone thinking of a rear brake upgrade for a B7 S4. I searched High and Low and ended up with the following: Rear Slotted "Stock" Rotors fron ECS (Interesting, cause they came in a Zimmerman Box and Zimmerman does not have anything listed, aparently, for an upgrade for B7 S4), Stoptech rear SS Lines and Carbotech Pads. All in, about $390 which is a far cry from $3K for the Brembo Kit. I did get a 355mm Brembo 6 Pot for the front, and really wanted a decent upgrade for the rear, not over the top that matched the front kit too. Just a little FYI.

I don't mind the rear rotor on my B7RS4, looks OK to me, but the rear caliper looks pretty cheap. Any leads on an upgraded rear caliper?

i might be crazy but i 100% HAD stop tech rear rotors that were drilled on the back of my b6 s4 and a set of 6 piston stoptechs up front. ill try and find pics there on an SD card somewhere... there options were slotted or drilled but not both

Lake Powell: i love the look of the rear rotors on mine aswell but if the hub of the rotor was painted or powder coated in black to match the front... it would look 10 times better
