    I'm in the process of installing a new Southbend stage 2 clutch and replacing my timing belt and performing the usual high mileage maintenance. I just wanted to post a few pictures here so you can all see the process .



    Front bumper, headlights and re-bar removed:






    Front bumper, radiator and core support:



    Current state after removing the above parts:







    Definitely a lot of work... patience and a time is important :).

    I dropped the tranny last week - no pics from that. The clutch is coming in today so I will take a few shots of the tranny going back in.

    the interval is 75,000 so I'm just doing it while my tranny is out.

    what is the name of the SB Stage 2 clutch? ie. OFE HD or OFE SS...?

    Cool! How's she driving after 70k mi? I'm curious to hear your impressions on the new clutch once it's finished.

    The car feels excellent! No complaints at all!

    New clutch came in on monday, timing belt, belt tensioner and bearing rollers all changed yesterday.

    definitely excited for the new clutch!!
