New to the Euro World!!

I used to have a Nissan 350Z that was practically a race car and because of work had to get a car that was more practical so I decided to get an 2008 Audi B7 A4. So far I have the car a week and love it. I worked into the deal the 93 APR chip and the Carbonio intake. I changed out the fog light bulbs to yellow and rewired the fogs so that I can turn them on with the head lights or just the city lights. A lot more work to come soon….

Thanks for the welcome! I have a lot in mind that I will eventually do : Big turbo, intercooler, exhaust, tints, some minor body mods, full suspension with sways. Only have the car a week so I am going to enjoy it for a little then rip it apart :).

Hearing your story makes me feel better about my soon to be purchase of a B7 A4 Quattro. I sold my unpractical Corvette Z06 and got a Honda Civic. The Honda is a great little car but whoo what a "culture shock." In my search for something in the middle I came to the A4. It seems to have it all luxury, tunable and gas mileage.

Damn nice Z. I wanted a 350Z/G35, but my Prelude, which would have been my everyday driver, got totaled, landing me with an enjoyable car I can drive year round, Das Audi! smcgann said it, luxury, tunable, and gas mileage (the third being very important for me)

I siad the same thing alot of you guys did AWD Turbo very good combo and easy to work on. So far I cant complain. I do miss that Z though.

what do you mean you worked in the chip and intake? im going to assume that anchor audi is a dealer of these products? I'm looking to purchase soon too, but have not tried anchor audi? opinions?

beware of modding your car, your wallet will feel a lot lighter for audis.
how did you rewire your fogs, did you do the switch rewire?

Yes I did the switch rewire. (Found this on here in the DYI section)

Can’t imagine it to be any worse then modding the 350. Japanese parts aren’t cheep.

Try Anchor I had an awesome experience with them and would recommend anyone looking to buy an Audi go to them. And yes they are an APR AWE (among other brand) dealer.
