my brother has generals on his e92 bmw (new 3series coupe) on staggered wheels and they ride great , not noisy no vibrations, maybe you need to get them rebalanced.

Check if any wheel weights have fallen off, or your lugs are not torqued down enough. You need at least 6-8 full turns to be safe. Check tire pressures. Do you have any spacers?

Tires may be worn irregularly, but probably a wheel issue. Have the balance rechecked and check the wheels to make sure they are true.

Thats strange... we mount generals all day long and have never had complains about vibrations... Its strange how its vibrating on your 19" and not 18" wheels.

I guess the General tires were the problem, I just put new Kumho Ecsta's and WOW, what a difference, NO VIBRATIONS, just a smooth ride

Probably bad luck and got a bad tire then. Good thing you got it resolved.
