Stock 17 Refinish Idea

SO Ive had this idea for a while, Ive photshopped it but really just wanted to see it so i finally did a quick cheap job on the spare.





I like the way it came out. The color is a little darker than I wanted. I may try and get some DG spray to use instead when I go through with it.

Its only because you did an awesome paintjob.. and know a thing or 2 about painting... if i did that id have a ruined wheel.. that looks like a machine did it.

All it takes is a good tape job



Ive done a lot of painting which has meant a lot of screwing up so Ive gotten better.

I would do black if my car wasnt DG. Im not a fan of black on DG.

I can understand that. My only reason for saying it is down in the wheel area, black would blend in with the darkness in the well and, if dark enough paint, make it look like they were spoke wheels.

Still a nice job though.

All in all these will become winter wheels just wanted to try something different and since they all needed a refinish I figured why not, thanks for all the comments so far.

I did too but if you will notice the gunmetal matched the center cap perfectly
