    I have recently noticed the car having a little hesitation in starting and today after a wash the car did not start until 3-4 tries. I am guessing the battery. Anyone have a recommendation? I was just going to go to the local Pep Boys and see what they had.

    Optima Red Top saves weight too, some 30lbs from stock i think. I have one that's sitting in my garage I was going to use for my B6 Avant. It was from a seller in San Jose who had put only a few thousand miles on it before pulling. I have not installed it in mine, but it's avail for sale if you're interested. I'll take $50 for it and we'll have to meet somewhere.

    Let me get the specs on it tonight, if you're intersted PM me, and I can reply to you with exactly which model it is.
