Portland/Tualitan area high speed chase!

so i was driving north on I5 today at around 4:45-or 5pm and someone whipped past me at around 110mph in a greyish accord or other similar honda.

about 10-15 cops quickly followed, they got off on the Lake Oswego durham exit, anyone know what happened?
