Sport steering wheel swap?

I wanted to know if it was possible, or even such a thing, to swap a sport sterring wheel(non-TIP) on my '00 S4?

I've got a 6spd B5 manual S4. I wanted to swap the stock wheel to a sport style flat bottom wheel but I don't know if they make them without the shift paddles.
