Exclamation Quick Help Needed: Stock springs question. Fat coils or paint marks on top or bottom?

Guest-only advertisement. Register or Log In now!
Taking the Stasis coilovers off, and installing the stock suspension. Need to know how the rear springs sit. Are the paint marks (or conversely the fatter coil side) on the top or the bottom?

If anyone knows offhand, or for those with stock springs if you could go out and look at your B7 it would be more than appreciated.

    Thanks!

off topic...but what are you going to replace your avant with? My lease turn in is coming up and I was looking around at all the new cars and everything seems so overpriced (BMW 135i = 47k)
    Mod lists are weird
