Travis - Greg said he shipped your trunk spoiler out already and I am trying to get the tracking # from him. As for the roof spoiler, we are basically at a stand still with this part because of the change in who is making it and the fact that the test part did not fit correctly so they had to make changes to the mold.

I don't think people are still buying from him, it's customers from like months and months ago who are still trying to get their product/refund from this flake.

Greg no longer sells parts but still gets people asking to buy parts from him. As of Jan 1st I am the only person doing sales. I sell parts from my own vendors which are completely different then what greg was selling. All of the parts I sell are already being produced and sold by other people so there has not been 1 problem getting my customers their parts so I have not had one customer complain this year, in fact I have gotten nothing but thanks for getting their products to them quickly and for such great prices.


I have tried many times to get some of the people their refunds from greg and some of them got their refunds, I have also been talking to customers by email that have been waiting for CF parts that they "pre-ordered" thru greg before he went to a shop to have them produced. There has been plenty of delays on those CF parts during test fitting. At this point I am still waiting for the first production runs of those CF parts and the customers have been updated on this.

Believe me if I could refund those customers myself I would, but seeing that I had nothing to do with those customers or those sales there really isn't anything I can do other then try to help getting greg to send them refunds but there is really only so much I can do.

Well at this point the reason there are no B/C pillars has nothing to do with me or greg, its the fact that the machine shop that is making the metal clips has not produced all the clips to finish a complete set. We have had the clips for the C pillars since early Dec, a bag of 25 clips for the B pillars showed up 2 weeks ago but they were all for a B pillar that goes on one side of the car and it will not work in the other B pillar. I even tried myself while I was at the shop picking up some other CF parts. So at this time we are just waiting for them to produce 25 more clips for the other side, it needs a clip that is made in a mirror image of the other side since the B pillar angles back at the top so the 2 B pillars are not exactly the same. I am expecting a shipment of CF parts this week and I am just hoping that there will be some B/C pillars inside of it.

What exactly is Greg lying about? Greg is the owner of DTH but I have been running it since late Dec. In fact I take care of the web site, take the orders, order the parts from all our vendors and even do the shipping of the new CF products that I get made and the wheel studs I keep in stock.

Odd thing is that there have been plenty of posts in the last month from people asking Greg to do GB's on parts he used to offer, but at this time we are not looking to do GB's since we already offer discounted prices to everyone.

As for the roof spoilers and B/C pillars, I do not make the product so there is nothing I can do to speed up the process of getting them finished. It isn't like I haven't put my money into having them made and I still haven't received a finished product that I can send out to the customers that have already paid.



To address the issue of AZ members that claim they are owed a refund you might want to call Greg and talk to him about it directly since those were his sales way before I had anything to do with selling parts.

But obviously this is where people are running into a brick wall. If Greg was able to refund everyone's money like they asked then this thread wouldn't be here in the first place.

Mike, I have no reason to question your business integrity or practices, from what I've read in posts you seem to be on point with your customer service. So why associate with DTH? When the shit hits the fan, people are going to point the finger, and when doing so at Greg yields nothing they will come to you simply because you also sell products under the DTH name. Unfortunately, that's just how it is. People don't make a distinction between "pre-Mike" and "post-Mike" DTH.

After months of silence, I finally got a PM from Greg over a week ago saying he would refund. But....the silence has come again and no refund has shown up.

Yes i am. the original pre-purchace group buy dates back to november 06. That is when i put my deposit down with an understanding of a 90 day turn around. When samples were produced, greg asked for full payment. I paid. it has been one story after another.

Pre-production Interest thread: Carbon Fiber B Pillars
Production will begin on replacement Carbon Fiber B Pillars for the B6 and B7 Sedan/Avant just after the first of the year. The B Pillar is very easy to install, however C Pillar wil require and experienced glazier of technician.

The purpose of this thread is to see the true interest of this product, and to ultimately get it prioritized into our production schedule.

At this time I have no pricing available, nor do I have an anticipated completion date.

Typically it takes about 2 weeks to make a mold, then another week or so once the mold is complete to begin production.

As with all of my products these will be made in the United States with our signature Dry Vacuum Forming Process.

The B pillars will not be a stick-on but rather a replacement piece based off of the OEM parts

Please vote in this poll as it is very important to me in prioritzing this project

If you still want the refund instead of getting the parts in the next few weeks please let me know and I will have greg refund you the minute I get a hold of him.

As of now I talked to Greg and the refund is supposed to be in the mail. Forthcoming on the phone and hope all goes well. Keep you posted on the outcome.
