but FYI, this is a HARD parking lot to get out of. If you get even 10 cars, you are going to lose some of them at the light.

I'm in. why dont we meet at Stoneridge Mall though? The last caravan we had from Hooters got broken up in like 2-3 groups cause of the U-turn and both lights.

hooters is actually the next exit up... we're taking 580W so its much easier for us to get onto the freeway from Hooters than 680.

thats such b.s. for the people who arent about racing and are just car enthusiast/gearheads, they basically get tagged as guily by assocciation.

i read a story last year where [somewhere in LA] cops impounded 5 or so cars and made the guys watch their cars get crushed. wiggity whack!

I'm pretty new to the forums, and to Audi, but I'm really interested in gettin' in to the modding scene around here and these meets seem like a great start. Just got my car (2006 A4 2.0T Q) about a month ago and haven't done anything to it yet, but I'm hoping to get some good ideas and suggestions. Plus, how can I not wanna go on 4/20?

Maybe bro. I think there are quite a bit of people that are coming up that way so it's a good way to pick up stragglers (and a cup of coffee). From the look in the thread we are already got 2 guys in Fremont plus I know few others that would too. Heck we might just roll up through 84 for a morning drive like last time.

I'm still waiting for my rims to come (10 wks and counting) I talked to Eric from SPP last wk and he said that it's supposed to finish this week but I've heard that 3 wks in a row so who knows. I'm hoping that I can get some new rollers by the meet for a good photo opp.

Hey guys, just noticed my name in that list....very sorry if I was expected and not accounted for! In looking at my first post, I should've been much more tenative because I knew this weekend was gonna be packed for me.

It was a very long weekend for me starting on Friday night....and by Sunday morning I was totally shot. I ended up actually still taking a nice drive w/ my girl that day, so I still repp'd the Audi name around town. Hopefully, next time I'll come out and bring her with. Although, hopefully by then I'll also have done some mods, cuz car-wise all I have to offer is a bone-stock '06 A4.

Anyone who doesn't know Bolinas Ridge needs to head over to Marin....probably one of the best roads I know of to test your ride. A good majority of car commercials are filmed here with some Audi, BMW, or Infiniti crusin' thru rolling green hills. Has some amazing views of the ocean and surrounding beaches too...perhaps a future meet/drive location??

VERY nice roads up there. whatever google/yahoo/mapquest tells ya... double that. and thats how long it will take you to get from point a to point b.

but yeah, great roads. use both hands. and don't be surprised if you are tired after.
