Sorry no video yet. Maybe someitme next week as I will be away. Finally got it started up yesterday for the first time. Started right up and ran perfectly. Today I got a chance to fit the bumper on and take it around the parking lot. Blew off an intercooler hose on the first pass!!! Put it back on the lift and rechecked the oil and tightened all the clamps. Then took it around the block few times and I am amazed on how smooth it rides with the Unitronic tune. Still have to sort out the greddy EBC and bov.Let me know what you think!!More pics to come.

The return runs out the bottom of the turbo through 1 and 2 runners and into the oil pan. Hers a better pic for now. Ill be away at training until thursday so no pics until then!!

^^^^ 3071r, 034 mani, dp, full 3" exhaust, tial44mm, wiseco pistons, scat rods, 034 coated bearings, raceware studs, aeb head/mani new valves guides seals, gasket matched/ported, supertech valve springs/tit ret, unitronic mafless 630 file, siemens injectors, 2.5 intercooler piping, greddy profec spec 2, greddy type rs bov, and almost everything on the motor is new. Car it self, stasis ss, new oem arms, s4 tie rod ends, s4 rear brakes, southbend stage 4, jhm shifter and all linkage, all 034 mounts, and it keeps going!!!!!!!! Hope that helps!

I changed the setup alittle and use half of the stock return line that bolts to the turbo which is -12 to -10. No pics though. And yes that shit sucks but it is all worth it!!!

I used to drag race a pro series and had Turbonetics as one of my sponsors..After having many many turbo failures we found out that the manifold design did not allow the turbo drain to be directed strait towards the ground,like your design as far as I can tell,and the oil would puddle in the housing and blow the seals out of the turbo..We went through several and after having a turbonetics tech look at the design we came up with a different design that allowed the return to aim strait towards the ground we never had a problem again..Also the shortest return with the least bends possible is mandatory..Turbonetics also had us scale the -4 feed line down to -3 line so it would not flood the housing..We changed both and never had another turbo failure again...Something to think about.

The oil return port is almost facing directly straight down. And the line goes from the factory -12 line down to a -10 then into the pan. It is the shortest it can be in length and the only way to do it, because I have tried every other way! So hopefully I dont have any problems.

I dont like the idea of the oil return tunning through 1st ans 2nd runners.... as the hose will become hot and brittle and eventuall will bust.... especially if it is braided you can not see the cracks or the condition of the actuall hose.... this has happened to me number of times and i had to keep replacing the hose.... so i have to think of something to fix this.... otherwise i love the manifold.... but thats the only downside to it... and i think its a majour problem also...

Yeah I know you can run cams with vvt but it dosen't make sense to buy a set since there not much different then stock. With vvt you cant put that big of a cam in. So I had a new adjuster laying around and didn't want to buy cams yet. So when I see some numbers of these upcoming intake manifolds coming out then I will make my decsion!
