Whats this cover for?

i found this while pulling doing my rear bumper today. Was wondering what the purpose of this cover was for? Apparently its an access point to something but im not sure what.

I don't know what it is.... but, those lines with the factory clamps seem important enough to put that access hatch there.

The fuel pump access is under the seat. That is an access panel for the Evap. system.

if the fuel pump is under the seat, and that is the evap system, whats the one in the trunk?

My bad that's the top of the fuel tank, those hoses that run up to the filler neck but still are emissions related.
