Weird power loss and shifting problem.....

I just got my car back from getting new cam adjuster seals on both sides (were leaking oil) and a coolant sensor replacement (at indy shop). The 2.7T auto just did quite seem like itself as it did this morning when I dropped it off. It didn't have the normal acceleration for 1st and 2nd gear, and when it shifted to 3rd it was like there wasn't anything there, like I took my foot of the gas. And then it continued to shift strangely with less than normal power to 4th and 5th, in all gears it was almost like the turbo wasn't engaging. ??? It drove fine on the way to the shop this morning, how could what they did have an effect on the engine and tranny. FYI - I also had a transmission seal replaced at the dealership under ext warranty on Tuesday, but seemed to drive fine after that.

    Any ideas?

    Thanks!

If boost leak, would I have any codes?

and might it be possible that the shop that did my cam adjuster seals forgot to attach or tighten something to create a boost leak?
