Gunmetal Mirror Covers - VMR Match

I completly love the Gunmetal 708's, but I just struggle see how they will flow with Moro Blue and silver window trim. Any ideas on how to color match a pair of mirror covers to VMR's gunmetal wheels?

Anybody with gunmetal in Chicagoland that would be up for a quick test fit?

I would personally get the black color the 708's come in, it would look good with a blue car. And for the mirrors i say you keep them stock blue.

I like the gunmetal on blue but not sure about the mirrors. If you want to make your own set I'd buy some mirror covers, sand them down and try to find a spray paint that would match the wheels. Few coats of primer, paint and clear should work. If the project bombs you can always stick with the oem painted.

honestly .. i would contact VMR through the forums and ask them if they can do it. They probably paint/powder coat their own wheels and should be able to color match or at least give you the code so that you can take it somewhere to have it matched

i have a set of brushed mirrors that would prob be close to matching, but for sure would not be gun metal.
other option would be to paint the mirror housing gun metal.
