    Height settings on Koni CO's

I have never seen a thread like this, but if I am wrong, just help point me in the right direction.

I have Koni coilovers and I want to set the height on them before I put them on in the next few weeks. To avoid setting and resetting, can someone help me buy telling me how many inches from the start (top) of thread are you turned down to achieve 24.5" (fender to ground) in the front and 24.75"-25" in the rear? Measurement is taken from start of thread to top of perch.

Only people with Koni or Stasis SS can help me, obvious reason being they have the same gear I do. Thanks in advance

^^+1, im about to order stasis ss myself and was wondering the same thing. after reading the DIY's talking about having to take the rears off to adjust i was kinda bummed. I was going to ask the same question when i get mine. except 24.75 front and 25 rear is what im looking for.

I'm guessing no one measured before or can guesstimate what there setup is?

I have mine set at about about 1.5 inches from the bottom of the perch to the end of the thread on the fronts and about 5 threads sticking out of the top of the perch on the rears. This gave me about a 24 3/8 front and rear. I can check again when I take them off the car in about a week.

All applications vary, but I have the SS set and for the rear I set them at about 2" from the bottom of the threaded perch to the top of the spring seat to achieve a 24.5-24.75" rear height (this is w/o the rear 1" spacers that Stasis has as an option). For the fronts, measure from the center of the eyelet to the top of the spring perch by approximately 13.25" to achieve a 25.25" height. You could use these as a reference point if you want to go higher or lower.

I have Koni 1150's and when I set mine to 24.5 all around, the front measured 1 3/4 inches from bottom thread to collar. In the rear, the adjusting perch and mount were flush with each other at the top.

BTW, this measurement was on OEM 17 sport wheels.

I don't know how everyone else put them on but our spring compressor wouldn't work on the progressive springs on the front so we had to loosen the perches and then tighten them up to desired height... if this is how you need to do it remember to also measure from the bottom of the threads to the locking ring to get your desired hieght..GL

Only half of them are off haha Had a little problem during the switch, but on a positive note, Jeremy at Matrix Integrated and the guys at STaSIS have the best customer service ever

Cool, I already know what your backs were, so I really only need the measurement for the front. No real rush because my wheels aren't here yet
