8.5/32 left on 245/40/18 KUHMO ECSTA SPT. Are those tires any good and how much tread % left is that?

I'm looking at buying a set of wheels that is shod with those tires, so let me know!

    Thanks guys!

Brand new, the tire has 10/32" tread. Tire is officially worn out at 2/32. Most of our customers will get around 20K miles out of that tire, so you may get 18K at best on the used ones.
