People like to think that it's determined by the oil companies, and that they charge us the prices they do just because they can. . . in relation to demand.

But thats not the case. It's the damn scarcity of it, and the fact that we're so dependent on foreign oil.

Do you realize that it's taken millions and billions of years to actually create all this crude oil, and we've used up nearly all of it in a fraction of that time. . . . . less then a blink of an eye comparing to the time it takes to create it.

Then we have the IDIOTS, only in America, that invest in Flex fuels and E85 BULLSHIT. . . who's factories that create E85 pollute like f**k.

if anyone lives in or around Glendale never fill up at the mobil station at the corner of Verdugo and Mountain St. ahead of the church the guy charges exactly $0.20 more than every gas station and people still buy!

Arco is the worst gas u can put into ur car!!!! we had a test on a crown vic that we filled with shell for 2 weeks and one day we filled with ARCO and 5mins later we got a CEL, took it to the mechanic he said bad gas! i've seen valves and pistons of cars filled with ARCO and they were pitting!

I used to work in a refinery and I hate to break it to you, but its the same gas that says Chevron on it. The only difference are the additives, but the gas itself comes from the same tanks that the big boys.
