$1k, help me decide

Info: 3.0 Quattro Tiptronic
So the broken steering rack is being fixed next week. Timing belt is done, now i have $1k left to spend on my car and im not sure what to do.
Here are the tiny things i have:
S4 rear bumper, magnaflow mufflers, powedercoated wheels, H&R springs, Boser hood, hawk break pads, 5% tint, blacked out trim window trim and grill, black calipers, S4 door blades, e-code Angel eye HID,

I really want my car as low as possible so i was thinking about getting coilovers but i dont want teins (i know they are good but dont i dont want anything Japanese on my car ) so i was looking at Weitecs but i cannot find any uner $1300. I honestly also dont know where to get coilovers and esp not enough places to somewhat compare prices.

I also had swaybars, spacers and shocks in mind. That seems something do-able.

I also really want a oetti style front bumper...

What would you guys suggest? Anyone have any used coilovers they want to sell?

Tein S/S coilovers are priced good and great quality, had them on my car for plenty of miles with no problems. Its not like your car is rice if you had Tein coils..

I'd save the money but if you want coils, I strongly recommend Tein SS. For your budget, they are the best bang for your buck. You don't have to take them off to adjust dampening, and they have better (not to mention more) dampening options, and they are actually easier to adjust ride height than Stasis. I had them on my last car and have Koni's (Stasis) currently. My boy has Teins on his A4 and I really regret not sticking with Tein.
