a few codes causing me to eat plugs

so i have just gone stg3 and i can't keep plugs in it.these are the codes
16487 - Mass Air Flow Sensor (G70): Signal too High
    P0103 - 35-10 - - - Intermittent
17964 - Charge Pressure Control: Negative Deviation
    P1556 - 35-10 - - - Intermittent
so at first the car was running great, then the maf code came and i was told it my be a loose connection in the hitachi conversion. re did that and the code went away. the car was still hesitating so i replaced the plugs with the proper gap and it ran great again. now after a few day the car starts to stumble again. i read the codes and come up with the maf code again and now another code at what seems to be my n75 ( which is brand new by the way). any ideas?

That charge pressure control codes doesn't mean you have a bad N75, it means you are getting less boost than what the ECU is requesting. Could be caused by the MAF problem. Is the MAF sensor new?

Is the car coded for the hitachi conversion or did you just wire it up and install? If you didnt your ECU needs to be recoded for the new MAF also if your car is a 2000 which im sure it is you need to recode your cluster to work properly too.

yea you need to recode the cluster and the ecu for the new MAF because your car is a 2000 and those parts came on a 2001

Re: a few codes causing me to eat plugs

Yes. It would certainly run, it just won't recognize the MAF. You have an A box ECU and you need them to code the software for an M box.

Yes that's an indication of a wrong ECU or wrongly coated ECU in your car.

BOSCH maf reads higher g/s than Hitachi, my APR stage 3 MAF logs show a much larger value than another stage 3 car with a Hitachi MAF.
