2005.5 A4 Quattro 2.0T about to go out of warranty

About 47k miles on the clock, brought it in today for it's last service. I gave them a long list of stuff to fix including the broken trunk latch and the wobbling Xenon headlights.

I saw on the receipt a PERFORM CH CAMPAIGN line item, I'm assuming from reading a short thread here that's an ECU update of some sort? Any more info on that?

I also just saw today the TSB on the Cam Lobe wear item. I don't think my ECU is registering a fault but is there any way I can have them inspect all that anyway before I'm out of warranty?

Good luck 'convincing' them to do that. I just tried myself - to no avail. In fact - the tech that replaced my ignition switch tore the leather seat bolster
and they told me it was just 'regular wear-and-tear'. Sometimes I hate this town.
