looking for a H6W bulb for city light?

I want it to match the xenon headlamps as close as possible but I don't really want a "bluish tinted" bulb. The reason is that I don't like the look of them when they are turned off, they create a blue color in the chrome housings.

I thought of doing the LED with a load resistor but I'm not completely sold on cutting up the wiring.

Any ideas?

Thanks I'm tracking the thread I'm interested in seeing/hearing your results.

But until the project is finished I just want a H6W bulb for now so I don't have the constant beeping for a light out warning.
