I am the thrid owner and it's spent its entire life here in Tulsa. So, there's no exposure to any salty conditions. Here's a list of some of the maintenance:
- Full timing belt/water pump service @ 91k (by previous owner)
- Full timing belt/water pump service @ 171k
- Replace inginition switch under recall @ 176k
- Head gaskets job (along with all the others) @ 183k
- Stern snub mount new transmission mounts @ 183k
- Right front wheel bearing replaced @ 190k
It currently has a small oil leak at the valve cover gasket. I will fix that. Items that need mentioning that haven't bothered me enough to pay to have them fixed are:
- Sunroof inoperable
- Cruise control comes and goes
- EGR low flow CEL. Doesn't seem to affect performance at all. I chacked the resistance across the EGR and it's fine. I think the exhaust line just needs to be cleared out.
I've de-modded the car for the most part, but the following are available for extra $$$.
- Mance bored throttle body
- 3-inch silicone intake with Mance recovery sleeve
- Three spoke OEM sport steering wheel
- I might even consider selling my BBS RKs, but they are on my current car and have less than 500 miles on the tires.
