I didn't know this. Anyone have any suggestions on helmets and if there is a shop in Chicago? Naturally, I'm hoping to be needing one

i have a SHOEI motorcycle helmet. comfortable, light, has good airflow, and relatively cheap.

fun to put it on at a redlight when some moron is reving his civic at you

I think this rule is dumb.....
13.99 is too slow IMHO when so many cars come from the factory capable of going faster than 13.99.

    My 2 cents.

I have a incredibly light-but-very high quality Suomy.

Based on my past experience you can't go wrong with Aria either.

I understand that 13.9 seems slow to some (especially if your running 11's, 12's or better)
However, as a trauma nurse, in a very busy trauma center, that has on more than one occasion taken PT's to surgery for major head trauma resulting from MVA's a slow a 15mph. So IMHO it seems cool.
