if your cat back bolts up to your factory exhaust without any modification you most likely have a 2.5 cat back, you will then need a downpipe thats either 2.5 to directly fit or get a 3.0 that bottles down to a 2.5 or there are reducers that you can use. 2.5 or 2.75 are better for more all around power using the stock turbo in my opinion but if big turbo is in the future you want to run a 3.0 down pipe.

Borla should be releasing a 3" downpipe very soon. Sounds like you need GIAC software. More bang for the buck than a downpipe.
