wheel refinishing (photoshop gurus apply)

looking for opinions on how to refinish my SSR comps. the lips are scratched pretty bad but nothing too deep. centers have scratches here and there. i'd like to refinish them myself to save the cost of professional lip polishing and powdercoating. what paint should i use? and what clear?

pchop guys... could you plesae show me these in black center polished lip, silver center polished lip, gold center polshed lip, all black (including lip), all silver, and all gold. maybe even bronze or something creative? thanks!

if possible please put them on a lowered casa s4 as well? thanks!

I love Casa. And I love those SSR's. Def my wheel of choice if money was no object. I think all those polishes would go with the car..

No problem man...for painting the wheels, I've had great success with the Duplicolor wheel paint. I haven't seen a nice gold wheel paint, but I've used a Duplicolor Universal gold high temp paint for my valve cover for my old car and really liked the way it turned out (that's if you do decide on getting gold). The gold was not too dark or light, it was a nice gold. Here's a pic of it:



It is half wrinkle paint and half smooth, I put my own spin on the Jun Prelude style. This was topped off with a chrome dipped spark plug cover and a polished Integra Type R oil cap. I just love the bling under the hood.

haha nice nice. my jdm buddy said i should do em in magnesium blue... but thats a lil too jdm for an audi i think...

im thinking a nice satin or matte black with no polished lip is def winning.
