$1400? I thought it was like $1149. That's what I saw on another thread at least. I like the way it looks and I don't want too loud of an exhaust. Well, I really just don't want drone is what it boils down to.

Personally, as a B6 owner, I am jealous of you B7 guys because your stock exhaust sounds meaner than ours does. Decidedly meaner, in fact. The AWE system here doesn't sound much louder than stock. Could be the audio quality, though.

Oh, ok. I missed the "plus install" in your number. I know our exhaust sounds pretty good, but I never heard it from anywhere but inside my car. The clip sounded ok to me, but if you're saying that that's what my car sounds like stock from the outside, then I'd have to rethink exhaust and look into coilovers first.

I guess we are a victim of our own success and I can't blame you guys for hammering us here. The footage we shot was on a busy day with lots of traffic around the shop, and the customer expected to pick up the car soon. Plus, our regular "driver" was not behind the wheel, resulting in some tame driving displays. All these factors converged to produce a video that does not really capture the essence of the sound as all our other videos do.

In the end, this system sounds pretty much identical to our B6 resonated system. We will also offer a non-resonated system that also sounds like the B6 non-res. Just like with our B6 systems, we recommend coupling the resonated cat back to our downpipes, as downpipes increase the sound volume themselves.

So how much installed? Sounds pretty good if it sounds like the clip of the B6 exhaust.
