Help with Central Convenience Control Module

I recently replaced my control module, however, my key fob no longer works with it, its to my knowledge that my keyfob was programmed into the previous faulty module. Is there anyway i can program my key to work with the new module? also, it doesnt seem like my module was able to fix the original issue of the alarm randomly going off if armed. any positive advice is appreciated.
