Anyone have this issue b4 or know what it is?

OK so I am in hopes that someone can help me out ... the car is doin this at WOT from 3rd gear on and rarely from 2nd to 3rd....

When its WOT it doesn't matter if its in D or S or Manual ... when it gets to its Shifting point, the car will shift and it holds about 16psi for a second then drops to 9 or 10 psi for about 2 to 3 secs then boost goes back up to 17ish psi ... but this gets more weird .... when running at higher speed and WOT the boost dances around from 10psi to 15 psi ... back and forth ... .. has someone come across something like this b4??

I have heard the following ...

1. DV
2. tranny/tcm
3. corrupted Flash

please note that it is a CVT and Has never done this b4 until about 1 week ago .... frikin weird and trippin me out. I took a video of this with my cell phone but the quality SUCKS.. SO I will use my camera as soon as I get a chance... don't want to get a ticket either... please help

PCV valve? Do you have oil anywhere in your engine bay or on the block where it shouldn't be?

Sounds more like a DV issue to me....

I had the PCv done last year .... I was thinking more of a DV issue ... I mean what else would mess with the boost like that and not throw a CEL?? And it's not like its back off the gas or anything like that .. it's just losing boost... freakin weird
