Do you have a Apikol, Nuespeed or Stern Snub?

I am thinking of going with a apikol mount there is a sale http://forums.audiworld.com/a4b7/msgs/100357.phtml

but I also have heard about stern. I rather not go with APR because of all of the problems I have heard with theirs. Please post if you have either snub and your experience. I'm looking for someting just a little bit stiffer than stock.

I have Neuspeed. I didn't trim anything. I wasn't aware of needing a trim. As far as I know it's still in one piece too. I got mine off Greedspeed.com

i had apr for about 50k and it was fine when i took it out. i got the apikol now and its working great. it was a little cheaper too.

APR There must have been a bad batch or something.....after 10K miles mine is cracked....I will definetly be going with the Nuespeed. Three contact point are better than one.

Oh and why did you remove the AC condensor, radiator, and whole support just to do the timing belt?

TB job is way overrated... i have an APIKOL BTW, no vibration like the others and they warranty theirs as well unlike the others.... email brendan, his customer service was exceptional.

I hit a deer and replacing everything on the front end doing it rightway. I just finished swapping over everything to the new rad support today. New rad and condensor come in wed and the rest of the car should hopefully be done by Saturdays car show DoD (dubs on defost).

My friend helped me do it, but i defintaly could do it myself I was just afraid of getting the timing right. I took the whole car apart myself and will be putting it together myself, and honestly its not that bad at all. TB, waterpump both tensioners. I do all the work on my cars myself, if i dont have the time i have a close friend help.

I did the TB on my B5 and if you have the time and space its not that bad at all. Intimidating..yes, hard..no!

TB is not hard at all, I'm not even sure which end of a screwdriver to hold half the time and I was able to do it. It's just about an 8 hour job if you aren't sure what you are doing.

I might have to buy an apikol snub now that i see this sale their having. why does the sales rep say it takes 2-3 hours to install? seems like a 30 min job to me.

The Apikol is very comfortable, the APR a bit stiffer and more performance minded (it can be felt more through the chassis). Both are a big improvement over stock. I have all three, the Apikol is in the car now.

I've got a Stern on my car paired with 034 street motor mounts and a 034 track tranny mount, perfect combo imo.

just ordered a Apikol from that website, hopefully get it by wed then the car gets back together. I gatta go to audi and get the two bolts at the bottom of the rad support snapped those off. I hate how those bolts thread in.

Just ordered me a Neuspeed after reading this thread. I've been meaning to buy a snub for 2 years now. It will go in my trunk next to my fuel filter and valve cover gasket for a warm spring day. Guess it's time to order some SVH and zip ties from hose techniques to round it all out.

my neuspeed is great - especially when it's adjusted right.

Put the whole front end on Friday night. I didn't notice a huge diffrence just shifted a bit smoother. Car is a little more stiff then stock at idle ive noticed, but nothing crazy at all.

all and all i would recommend the product.
