That is not an s-line, but it looks like it has the sport suspension which was a $250 option I think.
Also, those wheels are not what comes with the premium package, so I would think that the car has cloth seats. Premium package is just double spoke 17" wheels and leather seats.
It has halogen headlights and not xenons, so it lacks the Convenience package too. Convenience package is HomeLink, Rain and light sensor, Power passenger seat, Bi-xenon headlights with automatic self-leveling, Audi adaptive light, Auto-dimming inside mirror with digital compass, and Auto-dimming heated outside mirrors with power folding feature.
I would need more pictures of the interior to determine what packages are in it though. There is still the possibility it may have the cold weather package, premium stereo, navigation, satellite radio, ipod hookup...
But that car looks like a base 2.0t with Quattro.
