01 S4 H Box ECU question

hello im doing a complete swap i currently have a 2000 S4 Tip. i will be using a tip tranny and the drive shaft. all of my other parts will be coming from a crashed 01 s4 6spd. my question is will the H Box ecu from the 01 6spd work with a tip tranny? what will i need to make this work?

You're gonna need an A-box or possibly a B box. H-box won't work and you can;t get it reflashed either.

I had the opposite problem I had an A-box that I picked up and it wouldn't work in my H-box car.
