Who has purchased a car though Manheim Auctions? (Dealer?)

I was interested in buying a car from the Manheim auction in Riverside, Ca though a private dealer. I was told by the dealer that after the auction end I would be paying (Assume the car went for $20,000):

-Price of the auction at close: $20,000

-9% Auction fee (I was told by him that this was charged by Manheim???): $1,800

-DMV, State Tax and Check Fee/dealer fee: 185 + 1,580 + 700: $1,965

-------Ttl: $24,265 (Which is hardly believable)

He will not give me the actual Manheim breakdown or invoice prices from previous auctions. He told me that the fees charged where not on the invoices/receipts.

I really would like to know ALL of the fees charged by Manheim California auction locations after auctions end. What is the buyers premium and what are the fees associated with paying by check?

I can purchase a car for you from manheim, there is no 9% fee, however I charge $600/car + tax and license and I can give you data on previous sales and the purchase invoice. Let me know what your are looking for exactly, be as detailed as possible, with possible alternates and a price range. I will only charge $600 on top of the auction price, so you don't have to worry about me jacking up the price to the maximum your willing to spend.
Also, usually depending on the brand and milage you avarage about 15% below retail value.
