I found a rear window motor that I need for my 00 A6. The window motor is off a 98 A4 2.8, wondering if it will fit. Anyone know the part # for the rear left window motor for an A6? The part # for the Window motor off the A4 is :8D0 959 801 E

Are you sure it is a motor, 9/10 times it is the regulator, or more specifically the green clips break. Does the window not go all of the way up, or stay up? Or does it not do anything at all?

Its the rear window so it cant be the window guides since those are in the front and its NOT the regulator since I replaced that. Its the motor 100%

I would just call the dealer, they can cross reference part numbers to see if it will fit. The dealer near me is pretty cool, some others might not want to unless they are hetting paid for something. Good Luck!!!
