G12 coolant??

Is G12 what dealerships use when they replace coolant? I ask because I just had water pump replaced at dealership and I want to top off the coolant with G12...they didn't even fill to min level

folks sell G12 equivalents they are the same pink junk just not with a vag name on it. works fine.

cheaper too. works great.
