This is just a feeler i dont need to sell as of this moment but considering so i can buy a house. I will only sell if i can get what i want for it. my total investment in the last 2 years on this is close to 50k. I do have a lein on the car its a local bank that has title in hand.

Ya I cry at the fact that I don't have 22k laying around for a stage 3. Even after I get this s title S4 I'm working on now, I'll only have 4k left over after repairs. That wont get me much. Any ideas on what I could do with that?
